Each bag contains a mini random crystal carving and if the bag contains a charm, receive an extra bag! 

You are guaranteed a bag with a charm in your order, no matter the size. You also get to keep the charms that come in some of the bags! 

The options that say to “keep bags” means you have the option to keep the bags your crystals came in. If you select the other option, you get just the carvings and charms and the bags will be reused for the next order.
